Cluster warning shown in vCenter Server when Remote Tech Support Mode (SSH) or Local Tech Support Mode is enabled.
To disable these warnings:

    Select the ESXi host from the Inventory.
    Select Advanced Settings from the Software menu.
    Navigate to UserVars > UserVars.SupressShellWarning.
    Set the value from 0 to 1.
    Click OK.

To enable ssh on a host from vSphere client:

 Select Host -> Configuration --> Security Profile 
 Enable SSH service

To create a Role in vCenter

 Home --> Roles --> Create New Role

To assign a role to a local user

 Home --> Inventory --> Hosts and Clusters --> Permissions
 Right click in the open space and select Add Permission. 
 Add a user and assign a desired role. Click OK.
